At the beginning of 2007 the LDA commissioned four separate reports to both inform and guide the development of the masterplan in preparation for the submission of three planning applications to the London Borough of Bromley on 1 November 2007.
The reports ensured that the LDA considered the relevant economic and social factors to ensure that the masterplan is viable, sustainable and will deliver the promised regeneration benefits to the surrounding area of South East London.
